“First of all, I couldn't spread the lunch over two days as planned because it was just too good and I couldn't stop eating. Wrap - loved it - the sweet bean flavour - delicious - seemed very rich although I know it was no-fat. Couscous salad - loved it. Almost too much of this one item as tasty as it was just because of the shear volume. Colourful and tasty. Muffin - great - tasty and not sweet and not huge (the commercial ones are huge, sweet and very high fat - inedible basically). I ate it for my mid-morning snack with coffee. Carrot sticks and celery - perfect snack item to nosh on during the day. “
