We are very proud to offer you a selection of high quality local products for sale at our café. Currently we have in stock the following:

Upper Canada Cranberries

Fresh and dried local cranberries, grown right near the airport. We carry sweetened and unsweetened dried cranberries and frozen whole cranberries. Support a local producer; check them out online at www.uc-cranberries.com.

Super SEAsonings by Credible Edibles

Come see our growing selection of seasonings using the very best in hand-picked, wild Grand Manan sea vegetables including dulse, nori, three types of kelp and sea lettuce. We sell these in re-filled glass spice jars for $4.00/jar plus $1.00 deposit fee. If you return to get your jar refilled you pay only $4.00.

Take Charge Tea

We offer a wide selection of these locally crafted black, green and herbal tea infusions. Tea blends such as Nettle Mint & Stevia, Green Tea with Fennel & Ginger or Chocolate Tea with Orange are carefully blended by herbalist Bonnie-Jean Stacey, following years of research and testing. Credible Edibles Gomashio and Gomasatou

We mix our very own sweet, savoury and spicy condiments to enhance your eating experience in a delightful and nutritious way. Currently we offer the following flavours:

Green Tea Gomashio – a fine blend of organic sesame seeds, sea salt, Atlantic dulse and fine Matcha green tea powder
Chilli Gomashio – a mix of organic sesame seeds, sea salt, Atlantic dulse and red hot chilli pepper flakes
Cinnamon Gomasatou – a sweet blend of organic sesame seeds, rock sugar, flax seeds, fennel seeds and cinnamon
Mediterranean Gomashio with onion and garlic

Koko Chocolates

Hand-crafted gourmet artisan chocolate truffles, tortoises and bark, carefully created by Lori Sword right here in Hintonburg. We carry a selection of these delectable delights in the shop, perfect for indulging and sharing on special occasions. Check her out at www.kokochocolates.ca.
