Balderson Cheese
We try to purchase our cheese and other dairy products either locally or organically or both. For our catering clients we offer cheese platters showcasing local cheeses including Balderson's fine cheddars.
Bekings Poultry
This family-run free range poultry operation is located just outside Ottawa in Oxford Station.
Berg en Dal Honey
A family run farm in Wakefield, Quebec that offers the purest form of unpasteurized honey allowing the customer to benefit from the naturally occurring
b- vitamins, pollen, and minerals the honey contains.

Better Than Sugar Company
The mission of the Better Than Sugar Company is to offer consumers worldwide a healthy, affordable, high quality, alternative to sugar and artificial sweeteners. It was founded by three friends that thought the North American market should be made aware of the potential of the plant, Stevia Rebaudiana. They are based in Whitby, Ontario.
Continental Mushrooms
A local supplier of a wide range of mushrooms, located in Metcalfe, Ontario, less than half an hour from Ottawa.
Glengyle Garlic
Eastern Ontario is a premier garlic producing region so why buy from China? Donna Davidson and Cliff Neudorff grow some of the finest garlic around and you can find them at the Lansdowne Farmers' Market every Sunday from May to October.
Halsall’s Honey
Halsall's is a family-run business that has been a popular attraction at the Metcalfe Farmers' Market for many years.
La Soyarie
La Soyarie has been producing high quality tofu products for over 25 years. Based in Gatineau, Quebec, Soyarie uses organic and GMO-free whole soybeans to produce a wide range of tofu products.![]()

Mountain Path
A local supplier of high quality organic and natural products including their own stone milled flours as well as legumes, grains and baking supplies. Situated just south of Ottawa in Mountain, Ontario.
Nut N’ Budder
Founded by Ottawa local Howard Goldenberg, Pro Butter Inc, produces a fantastic peanut butter product, with a unique blend of peanuts, almonds, flaxseed, flaxseed oil and honey, that we use in some of our baked goods.

Ottawa Farmers’ Market
The promise of the Ottawa Farmers' Market is that all goods sold by the vendors who participate are produced by those vendors. This ensures that the customer wanting to buy locally is able to and is purchasing the freshest produce available while supporting local producers.
Strathmere Farms
This wonderful retreat and meeting centre has provided local residents with a beautiful venue for special celebrations for years. They have committed themselves to going green and now farm much of their property, the organic way. We purchase a variety of organic produce from Strathmere Farms according to seasonal availability. .
Rochon Farms
Gerry Rochon and family run this local farm in Edwards, Ontario. They grow and sell a wide range of high quality fruit and vegetables at both the Parkdale and Byward Markets as well as the Landsdowne Farmers' Market.
La Siembra Fair Trade Co-op
La Siembra Co-op is a leading North American fair trade organization offering consumers high-quality, certified fair trade organic products, located right here in Ottawa.
Suntech Greenhouses
Based right here in Eastern Ontario, in Manotick, Suntech produces fresh local tomatoes from April to December.
Upper Canada Cranberries
The only cranberry bog right inside the city limits, just south of the airport, and one of only three in Ontario.
Vegetable Patch
Veggies grown right inside Ottawa! This unique local food venture takes the 100 mile diet down to 10 miles or less by using the backyards of city dwellers to grow produce. In return home owners get a free basket of produce. Extra produce is sold by shares in a CSA and at the Main Street Farmers' Market. Credible Edibles is pleased to announce that we will also be purchasing this super local produce for our cafe and catering customers beginning in May 2010.
