March is Nutrition Month

Join us for one of our many fun and educational workshops on cooking and nutrition this month. We have something for everyone. Check here for all the details. You can often register as late as the day before the workshop, when space is available.

Lunch Menu

Check out our daily menu and come give us a try. We specialise in mouthwatering salads, warming soups, hearty sandwiches and absolutely delicious, freshly baked desserts. Winter hours OPEN TUESDAY - FRIDAY, 11:30am to 1:30pm. We are at 78 Hinton Avenue North, corner of Armstrong, just two blocks from Tunney's Pasture. We are excited to offer even more selection to our customers with exclusive hot and fresh Panini sandwiches, grilled to perfection while you wait. Every week we will offer a new mouth-watering Panini, in March we have a wonderful Apple and Organic Cheddar Panini on multigrain bread. You owe it to yourself to come and taste it, we guaranteee you will be back for more!

Credible Edibles is now carrying a wider selection of Koko Chocolates for holiday gift giving. We have gorgeous boxes of truffles, perfect little stocking stuffers and Koko Bark, a delicious treat at any time of the year. Come try one of these terrific local, hand-made chocolates today. We also sell top of the line locally created teas from Take Charge Teas. We sell a variety of these lovely, aromatic teas, including chocolate orange, ginger, fennel green tea and nettle, mint and stevia. Have a cup and take some home for the family.
