Why We Do It
We live in a fast-paced world where choices are often determined by the time we have available. We need to slow down, take better care of our bodies and our planet. Credible Edibles is committed to providing busy people with a choice that is convenient and healthy and ecologically-sound. No one should have to choose convenience at the expense of planetary or personal health!
Temporary Shut Down
Credible Edibles is taking a break. It became obvious in the spring that with the increasing rent, cost of food and gas the business model had to change. In a very competitive world, where increasingly values have to take a back seat to cost-cutting, we could not continue to offer the healthiest, locally-sourced green cuisine at a price customers would pay. We hope to be back with a new approach.

*Hintonburg Pottery Shop
Many of you will have noticed our funky new partnership with over 40 local potters under the auspices of local potter and creator extraordinaire, Ginger McCoy! Ginger opened Hintonburg Pottery Shop in June 2012 in the former cafe space at 78 Hinton Avenue North. Ginger has now taken over the entire space and expanded her shop into a studio and teaching space. I wish her every success and encourage everyone to support this new local business that is providing a venue for our very own creative artists to showcase and sell their work.
